PC App not receiving alerts
  • Recently began using Active911 for our department.  Downloaded and installed the PC app, when you first open the app it connects and retrieves any new calls but after this it does not receive any calls unless you exit and restart the app.  In settings it says it is connected to Active911.  There is a small box at bottom of the map that constantly says connecting, not sure if this means to servers or GPS.  I have checked the firewall and made sure the app has permission for both inbound and outbound traffic.

    Any suggestions? Makes the desktop app worthless if not receiving the alerts . . .
