Active911 PC application not working.
  • We have been using the windows pc app for several months. Last night the app closed itself, now every time I open it the app it acts as if it’s going to start then closes out. I have removed it and reinstalled the app, however the same issue exist, it will try to open then close out. No changes were made to the pc. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
  • I'm having the same problem. I even reinstalled windows on the station PC, and then the desktop app updated to 1.6.0.  In the meantime I'll run WEBVIEW on the PC for alerts. 
  • We have not used the app yet but I'm trying to sign in now. Doesn't seem to be recognizing the device code even with and without the hyphen.
