Issue with iOS displaying pages
  • We have users that are having issues with the way the pages come to their iPhones. Every one shows up a General Alert instead of having the call detail like the Android phones do. Also the mapping button either doesn't work or isn't there I can't remember which. I have an android so I don't have an issue. Any ideas? Any changes I can make?
  • If all the alerts on your account are showing as General Alerts, that means that the format of the alerts has changed on your dispatch's/CAD's end and Active911 has not been notified yet. This can easily be adjusted for once we are aware. Please have an admin call or email Active911 to have this fixed. Thank you!
