Windows phone not working
  • Our chief has a windows device and he is not getting our alerts. Anyone have advice?
  • The easiest way to troubleshoot this kind of issue would be to contact support@active911.com.
    The first thing that I would check is that he has entered his device code correctly and that the settings screen shows "Connected".
    If he is connected then there is some reason the Windows Push Notification is not going through. There could be various reasons for this from notifications simply being disabled in the settings to internet connectivity issues. Contacting support would enable us to get to his specific problem much quicker.
