E-mail alert format

Hi,Under "PC" there is an alert type called E-mail. Is there a format specification for the alert E-mails that A911 sends out, or do they just pass the email from dispatch on?...Thanks,Richard.

Richard,We send the email containing the parsed message and do a couple of formatting things so our servers only send the message one time.
