  • Is there a way we can have people on Active 911 and not have them show up on the personal list?


    we have support staff that gets the page but we do not want them showing up on the response list.

  • I found that there was an area where you can create Groups.  When sending a page, you can select what group.  For example, I created one for just officers.  That way if I need to tell them something for example an Officer's Meeting next Monday at 12:00, only they should get it.
  • I would be happy if we could turn off the "Watch" users.  These get all cluttered in with the responders and when we have 70 members in a department, it gets very cluttered on the webview screen.  We just want to know who's actually responding!
